Performance Training at Slate Wrestling Academy is designed to complement our wrestling programs by developing the physical qualities every athlete needs to compete at their highest level. Through structured strength training, speed development, agility work, and injury prevention, athletes build the athletic foundation necessary for long-term success.
Our program is appropriate for wrestlers and athletes from all sports and is designed to improve strength, explosiveness, movement quality, and overall athletic performance in a safe, structured environment.
Performance Training is available exclusively as an add-on to an active Slate Wrestling Academy membership.
Athletes enrolled in either our Team Membership or Flex Membership can add unlimited Performance Training sessions to accelerate their development.
